It’s easy to get into a consistent morning/evening skin care routine, right? You’ve probably been washing your face and applying cosmetics since you were in high school.
Most of us don’t think too much as we go through the motions; we let our minds wander to other things—to do lists, conversations from the day before, plans, worries, etc. This routine is often so habitual that we just do it without thinking—without consciousness.

Intention is the one thing that will turn anyone’s normal skin care routine into a deeply healing ritual with permanent, positive effects.
Step 1: Intention & Ingredients
Devote some intention (and attention) to the ingredient labels on the back of your skincare products. Begin to understand what’s actually in the products you use at home, and how specific ingredients create results.

Every time you apply your products, I want you to slow down, look at your label and ask the ingredients to contribute to you.
Step 2: Affirmation + Awareness
As you apply your products to your face, make deep eye contact with yourself, and use this opportunity to affirm positive truths about who you are, and how you feel, while being aware of applying your skin nutrition.
This practice has a miraculous effect on the body’s ability to heal and transform itself. Your affirmations should follow the I AM format, for example, I am strong, I am radiant. I recommend saying one affirmation for your inner state, and one for your outer being.
Because you are making eye contact with yourself and touching your face while you say these statements, they are received and anchored deep into your subconscious. You are creating new neural pathways, patterns and beliefs as you do this which allows for permanent change.
Step 3: Massage & Mirrorwork
Using professional facial massage techniques as part of your daily routine is essential to reaching the deepest layers of the skin and deepening the connection between your mind, body, and spirit.
Doing it while you hold your own eye contact in the mirror and affirm your I AM presence could be the miraculous change you have been seeking.
I want you to use a tapping massage ( tapotement) that involves using all fingers to rhythmically tap your products in, while holding your eye gaze in the mirror, and repeating your statements.
