The 5 Things You Are Doing Right With Your Skin Care Routine

Are you as tired as I am of all the articles telling you what you are doing wrong to your skin? Or all the top ten lists of toxic chemicals that can cause you harm?

We are long overdue for an antidote. So today I am bringing you a short list of what you are already doing right.

What a relief from all the fear and misinformation out there! Keep up the good work and remember to *supersize* each activity for increased results.

What You’re Already Doing Right For Your Skin

1.Walking

Walking increases blood flow and circulation. This, in turn, helps to bring more oxygen and nutrients to your skin cells allowing them to work efficiently. It releases endorphins and growth factors. Both help your skin to naturally glow; no highlighter needed.

2. Laughing

Smiling women are the prettiest women! Laughter is a great way to de-stress and relax. Your facial muscles smooth out and lift up. The tension melts away and blood circulation is boosted. It looks great on you.

You know this one. We are 75% water and so hydration is what our skin craves. You are already drinking water every day. But many of us need to add in a few more glasses to meet the recommended quota and help our skin to flush itself. And a couple of squeezes of lemon wouldn't hurt either!
